tomorrow i go to a nutritionist,
she knows ahout my bulimia
& she said she really wants
to help me because she is a recovered.

i'm making an appointment to get my hair
cut and professionally dyed again.
i want it all to be paris hilton
platinum blonde instead of this two-toned crap.
if i have to hear,
"have you cut your hair?
it looks a lot shorter!"
one more time...(oohh, i almost
hadn't noticed my hair breaking off and
falling out, thanks for reminding me.)

i've been starting to exercise again.
not the several hours a day that i'd
hoped to get back up to.
but i'm getting there.
